What is counselling?

Counselling is a collaborative and supportive relationship between a counsellor and a client. Utilising a strengths-based approach, the counselling process embraces reflection and challenge about issues to facilitate understanding, foster creativity in thinking and identify feelings. This is to promote suitable outcomes for the client. I see my role as a supporter and facilitator to grow the client’s ability to manage their wellbeing and to highlight possible areas for fostering their path in life.

Serving clients in the Inner South West suburbs of Adelaide. Sessions available face to face and via video call.

How I can help

  • Individual counselling
  • Supporting mental wellbeing
  • Experiences of loss and grief
  • Support through life transitions and change

How counselling works

You can begin by making contact via the contact form. From there, we can discuss your needs and preferences and arrange a session that feels suitable for you.

You will also be invited to complete an intake form, which helps gather relevant information and informs the counselling approach.
